Hello,
i can't instal any drivers AMD into my laptop. it keeps frezzing during the instalation and i have to reboot my computer.
i have an Inspiron 17R 5737 with a AMD radeon R9 M270X/M370X (i found it with the device hunter, because i had no information of it on my device list.)
for now my AMD is called like a basic graphic card of Microsoft. if i try to instal a driver my pc will crash again.
i tried everything :
- i fixed my OS Windows 10 (Framework.net and visual C++) and did all the updates.
- i cleaned every driver part with DDU (display drivers Uninstaller) in Safe mode
- i tried to instal the driver in Safe mode, it worked but when i restart my computer, i get a black screen for ever.
i don't know what to do now. my pc work perfectly when i disable my graphic card AMD. but when i activate it, after a few minute i get a crash again.
hope you have the solution for this.
