Does the RX VEGA 64 support asynchronous reprojection (SteamVR)?

So far SteamVR could never activate async reprojection, which is more than annoying, because somewhat demanding VR games like Skyrim VR get 80% of the time capped at 45 fps.

I have read though that the RX 480 has at least no issues on Win 10, while I am still running on Windows 7.

So my question stays: Does my RX Vega 64 even support async or do I need specifically Windows 10 for it?
