I have a dell inspiron 15 5000 gaming with a A10 7th gen, ram 8gb and radeon rx 560 graphics. No matter if the graphic setting is very low or ultra, the game looks fluid excep for that issue. I tried to low the config in the radeon settings software, and ensure that is set in high performance, no difference. The games i´ve tried and experience the same problem are Nioh and starpoint gemini warlords. With Battlefield 3 and black desert online it goes smoth with no intermitent fall of fps
