We use LX800, which is based on AMD Geode.
Is there any guide as to how to configure kernel for the board ?
Can it be build just like any x86 without any specific arguments in build or selection in .config ?
Never heard of an AMD Geode LX800 CPU before.
This old thread from a Linux Forum might help in finding what you are looking for or at least direct you in the right direction: Gentoo Forums :: View topic - Need Guidance on an AMD Geode LX800 System
Found this website that sells LX800 CPU motherboards with specs (PDF). https://www.mouser.com/Embedded-Solutions/Computing/Single-Board-Computers/AMD-Geode-LX800-Core/_/N-aez3t?P=1yv2wbj
Found this from AMD Support concerning the AMD GEODE LX1800 Processor: https://support.amd.com/TechDocs/33234H_LX_databook.pdf
Once you post your motherboard's Make & Model maybe we can see if it has a manual that can help in configuring the Motherboard also by your post you seemed to have Linux OS installed. What version are your running? Also is this a Server?
You can always open an AMD EMAIL SUPPORT TICKET and a AMD Specialist in embedded Hardware will be able to assist you. : Email Form
