hi.
I have opened a discussion here about my video card not giving any display output...
can I ask as ive tried different alternatives. I.e. placed the video card in another pc,but yet still same actions...no display output. Fans rotate, and card lights up in all the places it should... could it be that the video chip might need re-balling? as to the cause of no display?
I will await for any help..
btw my video card is a sapphire R9 280X vapour-X oc 3GB GDDR5
if my intuition is correct then can someone tell me if there is a re-balling centre in the Netherlands and is it an expensive job.
