      Describe your issue:

Playing Path of exile (PoE) for several years now. Before it was on radeon Hd 6750 with AMD Phenom II x4 965 black edition and it was pretty low for PoE. Now it is Radeon RX 470 8gb with I7 4790 which should be easy setup for this game with high FPS. Reality is different, my FPS are stable in game pretty much in average but in combat, with high amount of different spells it is dropping under 30 FPS pretty often. First I bought graphics card, it was much better but not enough. After some time I bought CPU too and it was only a little smoother than with Phenom. What I saw every person with AMD graphic cards was struggling at PoE a little bit more than Nvdia graphic cards. My friend have lower CPU ( i5 3750 K ) but similar or a little bit better - Geforce GTX 1060 6gb. He has stable fps even in hard fights (more than 60 FPS) and I am dropping frames like potato. I think PoE only need some love from AMD and make some upgrades with driver or what. GGG (creators of the game) could offer some help if someone with power could try to change someting. I can record some videos, take screenshots or anything needed to solve at least something for better perfomance. I tried change some options in PoE, Radeon program or even windows but without significal change.
If there is anything that could help or at least increase some perfomance I would appreciate it anyway.
