Hello, is it possible to know if my request for a boot kit went through?
I replied to the customer care representative last Friday with the pictures and needed information, but unlike when I first opened the ticket I haven't received any confirmation that my reply went through. My ticket's id is: 8200811921
I looked at the ticket and can see the attachments have been received (although they appear to have been received just today).
