Help!!!! Firestream 9250 and Windows 7 Home Premium x64.

I need the latest driver when i start fortnite it says that i need the 16.60.2711.0 and i cant find it in your page. And also i have a Athlon X2 270 in a Biostar MCP6P M2+ ver6.1 and it says Amd model unknwon on my computer, thanks a lot for the ones that could help me.

AMD stopped support for Firestream in 2012...as you probably know. These are the last drivers available > Detail
