Radeon RX 460 + League of legends (Impossible to play)

Hello, i recive permenent error (Blue screen) of atikmdag.sys , FX4100 + Radeon 460 , drivers 18.3.1 , only in League of legends,  how can i fix it?

specs of build please have you reverted to older drivers & run DDU with driver reinstall maybe an idea to if older drivers were working with this game use them. This game has had a few issues driver wise give AMD a support ticket with the relevant info.
