    Customer service representative misunderstood warranty request


      My Ryzen 5 2400G keeps throwing graphical artifacts and BSODs resulting from graphics drivers. I've reinstalled and updated drivers and have tried everything but the problem persists. I've tested my RAM and it is not a problem. I requested RMA but the customer service representative sent me instructions on how to get a bootkit to update my motherboard's bios because he completely misunderstood my request. Do i need to put in a new warranty request or can I just respond to this representative's email?
