Radeon 8670D Display Adapter Error: Can't use multiple monitors

After a recent Windows 10 update I have been unable to use multiple monitors. I have a basic VGA monitor, and I used to use a Projector for the second via HDMI, and the update limited me to only using one or the other at a time(both work separately). When both are plugged into the system during bootup one of the displays starts creating this weird image of rectangles, then goes black, then I get an error that pops on one of the displays telling me that up telling me that the 'display driver failed'. When viewing the driver it tells me that "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

I am using a prebuilt PC( ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC-M11BB) its specs are:

*Windows 10 64-bit

*8gb RAM

*Processor: AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~3.7GHz

I have tired updating the drivers through the Device Manager, and through AMD software. I have also uninstalled the display driver in safemode, and tried a clean install of the drivers. Nothing has worked so far. Any help would be appreciated. I can give more info if something is missing.

I have already posted in the graphics section but received no help.

According to AMD Support your APU has a HD8670D Integrated Graphics. This makes your A10-6700 APU considered to be Legacy. AMD Support doesn't make any more new drivers for your APU. You didn't mention what AMD Drivers you were trying to install or have installed.

The last AMD APU drivers are from here to download: Legacy . Is this the driver you used to install?

Do you have a separate Discrete AMD Graphics Card installed besides the APU graphics?
