Graphics Cards

I am trying to use OBS(Open Broadcast Software) to record gaming video of my games and I end up with recorded audio but a black screen for video.

I went to the OBS site and clicked on their AMD support for this issue and I ended up on this AMD site.

My tech specs is win 8.2 my amd video card/driver is AMD Radeon R3 Graphics

1. AMD no longer supports driver installation on Windows 8 (list of graphics cards which were supported on Win8)
