With my drivers as the latest it was weird that I wasn't able to change the HDMI scaling. it would slide but nothing would happen. I tried a clean install with older drivers, Restarted my PC multiple times but ended up not helping. I tried to change the scaling modes, GPU scaling, and pretty much everything else in the display area that I could think of like making a custom resolution. My TV does not support the ability to change overscaling and I need to find a way to scale this back.
