Amd Radeon app won't start. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling through device manager settings and also AMD CLEAN UTIITY. But nothing worked and its still the same

also: did you had a NVIDIA or INTEL GPU installed before?
Can you also please detail a bit more your rig, like cpu, gpu, os, etc.

As suggested you should try install the gpu driver package coming from your laptop manufacturer.In this case check the drivers for your laptop on the Lenovo website.Download DDU, clean all the previous AMD drivers and reinstall the one you downloaded from the Lenovo site.Since the laptop AMD gpu's drivers are managed by the manufacturer itself.
AMD APP WONT START BECAUSE BIOS & UEFI MUST SET UP AND CHANGE PCI-e CONFIGURATION ON MOTHERBOARD OR PCI ONLY(OLD PORT)!
