I need help with AMD RMA.
Customer representative is lying or not listening
My problem is that the RMA is that the customer representative says "yes, we send you new CPU", but the first replacement CPU was older than the one I sent and the second replacement CPU was as-old-as the original CPU. Could someone higher up in the AMD contact me and do the right thing. I need CPU that has been verfied to be free of the segfault bug. Please.
Bottom line: I'm experiencing the "Linux segfault" issue which supposedly only affects older processors. It's been confirmed by me and others that the problem still exists, although to a lesser extent with newer CPUs.
