Trying to link Dell Precision AIO 5720 (Radeon Pro WX4150) with 30” Cinema Display

I’m trying to link my new Dell AIO 5720 to an Apple 30” Cinema Display with a DVI to HDMI cable in Windows 10 but I can only get the Displays to mirror (and the output in the Cimema Display looks terrible).

Am I using the wrong type of cable?
