Currently, I am able to record or stream, skullgirls, and others at fullscreen resolutions.
but, If I try to stream/record desktop/windowed games, it gets all choppy...
AND, If I try to stream/record Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ at full screen res, none of the keyboard shortcuts work.
Side note: I've noticed that if I try to use a keyboard shortcut to record or stream this game, I get a corner notification in the top right (default) that says Stream or Record respectively, with a triangle exclamation point symbol.... I can't seem to click the notification. Mousing over it for more info does nothing. It promptly disappears...
I've done my share of google-fu to try and find my way through this, but I am turning here for help resolving this.
YES desktop recording is enabled
NO I do not have a HyperV option
I have done a clean install
I have wiped windows and reinstalled
