RX480 Crashing during gaming

I have this computer problem that started back in October when I got Wolfenstein II. I experience this phenomena where the monitors lose connection, the sound still plays, the screens turn blue like they are disconnected, and then a loud harsh tone plays from the speakers and I have to manually restart the computer. It has happened during Overwatch, Rainbow Six Siege, and most notably Kingdom Come Deliverance.

So far it hasn't happened in Doom and Assassins Creed 4. (Games i've been playing lately).

I reformatted my computer about a month ago, since then I've played Doom, AC4, and Kingdom Come Deliverance. Kingdom come is borderline unplayable because it happens roughly every 20-30 minutes.

I ran HWMonitor and my graphics card peaks at about 80C. Audibly it doesn't sound my fans are ever roaring before this happens.  This might be key. At random intervals (when i'm off my computer in my apartment) my graphics card fans will start screaming for 10 seconds and then die down.

Event Viewer records the event as Source Kernel-Power Event ID 41, Task Category 63.

My specs:

Windows 10 PRO

Intel Core i5 6500

ASUS H170 PRO Gaming Motherboard

16GB EVGA ram

Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8GB

Corsair TX750M Power Supply

I suspect this is a graphics card issue. I have blown some compressed air into it, but I haven't taken the fan off and really gave it a deep cleaning or checked the fan. Any insight? Normally I would decide it's time to upgrade but graphics card prices are crazy because of bitcoin mining
