Laptop not using graphics discrete card (RX 540)

AMD Graphics Card

  • R5 (Integrated)
  • RX540 (Dedicated)

Desktop or Laptop System

  • Laptop, ACER ASPIRE A515-41G-T55

Operating System

  • Windows 10 64bit

Processor

  • A10-9620P


All games (Steam) use integrated graphics card (R5), but not use dedicated (RX 540) .
For example:
If "AMD Radeon R5" is off in the "Device Manager", FPS falls from 25 to 2.
If "Radeon 500 series" is off, FPS does not change.

What is the problem?
