need fix for upgrade in windows 10 KB4056892 with chip A64X2 6000+ 3G AM2 90N R - upgrade hangs and will not reboot after install

after install of kb4056892 reboot hags and will not work

does anyone have a fix for this?

Processor is A64X2 6000+ 3G AM2 90N R
