How do you save your game profiles?

Is there a way to save your game profiles and all your other settings? I had to use DDU after an upgrade attempt gave me a 1603 error . Of course DDU wipes all your settings clean.  I can't believe there's no save or backup feature in the Crimson software. You know it's pretty common to have hundreds or thousands of games in one's library. Does AMD expect us to redo the profiles for each individual game?

Hmm I actually tried that solution before (copying the gmdb.blb file) but it didn't work. I wonder if I did something wrong. I'll keep it in mind if I need to wipe my drivers again. However I think AMD still needs to add a save feature for the profiles as well as the rest of your settings. It's extremely short-sighted not to do that.
