Just wanted to make a comment on the new Optional* driver update 18.xx.xx.xx.x.xx.......
After installing this update the computer ran a little strange my GPU would come on and off continuously during game-play and cause extreme frame-rate drops for short periods of time. This was not a complete problem and I just rolled with it; however, after turning off my second monitor during game-play everything froze and I was forced to shutdown my Laptop. Upon booting up I received the "blue screen of death" and had to use a system restore point to get my machine up and running again.

I am not sure why this driver did not work well with my system but I rolled back to 17.12.xx.xx.x.xx.x........ and everything works fine again. Hopefully this helps to either improve the driver further or save someone the hassle of getting a BSoD as I did.
