My Radeon R9 380 is crashing when I play Witcher 3. The screen goes black but I can still hear audio. Sometimes the audio stops too.

I've seen others have had this problem too, but I haven't seen any newer posts than 2016. Is there a fix out there?

I've installed AMD Catalyst Control Center version 2015.1118.223.4240 to no effect. I've installed all recent drivers using AMD Adrenalin 17.12.2 to no effect.

Is there a solution out there?

This problem has gotten worse really fast. I was just browsing the internet and it crashed with the black screen.

Highly probable, your PSU. What is the type of the PSU?

I have had it since March of 2016. Seems like it should last longer that that.
