i cant find Wattman tab (neither Overdrive settings) in global settings in adrenaline update 17.12.2

Laptop System: Hp Notebook Ay310ne
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Driver version installed: Radeon Software Adrenaline 17.12.2

You won't, it's not for laptops (some high end maybe ?).
