Unable To Use Rx580 for certain games + low fps?

Question asked by soupastars on Dec 31, 2017

So I recently just bought a

PC( CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Xtreme GXIVR8020A4 Desktop Gaming PC (Intel i5-7400 3.0GHz, AMD RX 580 4GB, 8GB DDR4 RAM,… )

that comes with a AMD RX 580 graphics card.

It also, however, comes with Intel HD Graphics 630, which is obviously terrible for gaming, so I would want to be using the AMD card.

However some games don't use the AMD Card and instead use the Intel Card ( e.g. Fifa 18)

How Can I Force it to do so? I've searched it up but they don't apply to me as I am unable to locate "switchable graphics" or choose processor for computer

Secondly I Feel like my fps is underwhelming, when I Play PUBG, i cant even consistently hit 60fps on the lowest settings 1080p. Is there anyway to fix this?

Based on benchmarks I've seen, I should be able to be hitting around 60fps on medium settings
