Rx 580 4gb Gaming Blackout

Recently, I bought a Cyberpower PC from Amazon and everything was fine. However, while I play a game, either during the loading screen or as I am exiting, a diagnal pixelated pattern shows up for a few seconds and then my monitor shows up as no input(refer to images). During this, my computer still shows signs of being on, and I can't do anything to get a reaction from my computer. After my screen blacks out, my computer either is rebooted by itself or stays on without a display. I have listed all of the specs for this PC below and the only modification I've made is that I added an extra SSD.
