System:

MSI RX 580 Armor 8GB OC

Desktop

Windows 10 64bit

Display Driver [17.12.1] I have also tried optional [17.12.2]

Chipset Driver [16.50.2601]

ViewSonic XG2401 DisplayPort 1920x1080 144Hz

Gigabyte GA-AB350 Gaming 3 (rev. 1) - BIOS F10 (latest update)

Ryzen 5 1600

Corsair TX550M 550W Gold

Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2x4GB

Describe Your Issue:

-Black screen flashes at random times, happens very often, even just sitting at the Windows login screen. Sometimes I lose video signal until the display driver restarts. Sometimes the system hangs and I see artifacts on screen. Sometimes the system hangs too long and restarts itself.

-Only happens after I install display drivers - does not happen in Safe Mode - does not happen in BIOS

-After I lose video signal and the driver restarts I see in Windows Event Viewer: Error - Display Driver amdkmdap has stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

What I have Tried Already:

-Clean uninstall using DDU(Safe Mode) and AMD Clean Uninstall Utility

-Windows Automatic Driver Installation OFF

-BIOS updated

-MemTest86 4 Passes No Errors

-Regedit to increase TdrDelay

-Ran System File Checker and Deployment Image Servicing and Management Windows commands, no errors.
