Enabling Dual Graphics Between A10-7800 APU and R7 250 Discrete Graphics Card

Hello everyone!

I have a Lenovo H50-55 tower PC with an AMD A10-7800 APU, I purchased an MSI-built Radeon R7 250 graphics card because it is supposed to be "Dual Graphics" compatible with the A10-7800 APU. However I cannot find any way to actually enable Dual Graphics via the Adrenalin Control Center, nor any other way. I purchased the R7 250 specifically because it was advertised as Dual Graphics compatible with the A10-7800 APU. Does anyone know any way to enable Dual Graphics in this situation? Right now I can use EITHER the discrete R7 250, OR the integrated APU (whichever I plug my monitor into) but I cannot use both simultaneously, which, as I understand it, is what Dual Graphics is supposed to enable.
