Radeon settings are currently not available.

      Describe your system:

      • AMD Graphics Card
        • AMD R5 M330
      • Desktop or Laptop System
        • HP 15-af105nc
      • Operating System
        • Windows 10 64bit
      • Driver version installed
        • Radeon Software Crimson Edition 17.5.2
      • CPU/APU
        • AMD A8-7410 with Radeon R5
      • RAM
        • 8GB

      Describe your issue:

recently i did clean install of win 10 (64bit) on my HP laptop. I successfuly installed newest adrenalin 17.12 driver for my R5 M330. Then i saw the feature included from 17.7. (video card lag/freeze every second) was still persisting. So i did uninstall it and downloaded 17.5.2 and installed normally (ofc after reboot) now i'm getting "Radeon settings are currently not available." messege.

I tried clean install as well

Also i have downloaded latest chipset driver

      + disabled autoupgrade

This is my device manager screen after installation

Microsoft Basic Display Adapter - device if working properly

AMD Radeon (TM) R5 M330 - Windows has stopped this device - Code 43

Now I'm running "sp74716" driver from HP support page (version 15.201.1101.0 from 8/6/2015) with no problems, but i still would like to get may/april 2017 driver. Theese drivers were working fine.

Mby problem is that I'm installing wrong versions not compatible with my hardware, because I couldnt find previous mobile drivers on Win 10 64bit for my R5 M330 so i used 3dGuru.com - amd page offered me only newest drivers (those with video freezing feauture).
