It really depends on what your budget it. I myself would love to get a Vega 56 or Vega 64, those two would look fantastic in your system. If the price is a bit too high then shoot for an RX 580 or RX 480, try to get the 8gb versions. Also, do you have 16gb of RAM? I see you specified the type but didn't specify the size.
Currently I am rocking the 390x, which is a wonderful GPU, however, it is a power hog and I am looking for an upgrade.
I think i would take a MSI RX 580. The Vega Cards are more for the Workstation or 3D Rendering etc...
Not exactly a high end gaming card what i understand.

yeah the rx 580 would be more than ideal for 1080p
Do you know a good 144Hz Screen but in a price range from 300-400.- ?
I don't know but i think the new AMD driver causes Doom to freeze... 17.50.02 Adrenalin
depending on the game a RX580 is around the performance of a R9 290X, faster in newer games. Less temperature, power and noise.
