Sapphire isn't responding to my emails for Fan replacement

As the title says,

 

I have two cards, RX 480 and 580 from sapphire, each card has one rattling fan, I asked sapphire support to replace them, they replied that they wanted a video for it and I provided it, and they agreed, they asked me to send my name, country address, and tel. to make an arrangement with me, then they didn't reply after that for more than 5 days, and now I am stuck with this shitty card, I love AMD but their partner isn't treating their customers well, and they are ignoring me now, what should I do?!
