Is this a Laptop or Desktop? If it is a Laptop, Download the driver from Lenovo Support for your specific Laptop.
First: Download the Full AMD driver set from AMD Support.
Second: delete at the root directory C:|AMD folder. Use Windows to uninstall the current AMD driver set. Then use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)in safe mode to remove all traces of AMD driver set. Reboot.
Third: Reinstall the downloaded Full AMD driver set and again delete C:\AMD if everything is working correctly.
