Try disabling Hardware Acceleration and see if anything happens. Maybe for troubleshooting purposes, trying disabling all Extensions and see if anything occurs.
I use both Google Chrome and Firefox. Found that Google Chrome seems to be more stable with most websites.

Yes I have already thought that I know I have the Logitech smooth scroll extension installed, but again it was fine before. Thanks for the advice will try tonight when I get home and report back.
I tried with all extensions disable and still bad. I rolled back driver it is fine. Did clean reinstall of driver and problem is back. Very repeatable issue. Glad to have other browsers available. I'm sure they will get this fixed quickly.
Good news is that your advice to turn off hardware acceleration in Chrome does work around the issue! So Chrome is working time will tell though if that creates other issues.
One thing for sure is it definitely proves it to be a NEW DRIVER BUG.
