I have an HP 2000 Notebook PC Product# QE334UA#ABA AMD E-350 4.00GB RAM.
When I try to watch Amazon Prime movies they continuously stop and start, even when I try different browsers. I messed around trying to update the video driver, and now it just says Microsoft Basic Display Generic PnP Monitor (1366x768@64Hz) ATI video (HP) Before, it said AMD Radeon HD 6320, I think.
I try to install what I think might be the right driver, but it says it's not compatible with my system. This notebook came with Windows 7, and now it has Windows 10 Home (x64) Version 1703 . HP support said contact AMD.
I don't know what to do to fix the problem. I saw an answer that said change the .inf file, but I don't know what that is. I'm an old lady and would appreciate any help, because I don't know what I'm doing, lol. I don't even know if the driver is the problem. I just want to be able to watch Amazon movies. YouTube videos play fine. Thank you!
