On my laptop's sticker, it says that I have AMD Radeon R8 M445DX graphics card. But after I update using only the AMD's driver updater, it shows as I have R7 M340. One more thing though, when I keep the Windows Update enabled, it automaticly detects that my drivers are not up to date and updates them. When that happens, it correctly shows that I have r8. But when I update via Windows Update, it breaks the AMD Radeon settings and I can't open it. So I disabled it.
Also, I'm trying to configure switchable graphichs and in this site it said that I should go to "AMD additional settings" in Radeon setting, but I don't have that either. What's wrong with this GPU? Am I doing something wrong here? (I've tried the clean up utility several times in safe mode, didn't change anything.)
The R8 M445DX is not a graphics card, it is part of AMD's ill advised naming strategy for dual graphics laptops. Three is no problem. https://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-R8-M445DX-Dual-Graphics-Benchmarks-and-Specs.169457.0.html
