Turning off Enhanced sync fixed the tearing for me, I have the same monitor and had the issue in IL-2 BOS and when I brought up the GPU stats overlay tearing would start when I had enhanced sync on. Turning enhanced sync off fixed the issue for me, but I then had to turn on FRTC to limit my fps to 141. Anything over 142 in IL-2 BOS would introduce tearing so enhanced sync helped for that. BF1 anf BF4 and other games I don't get tearing till over 144fps.

Thanks will give that a try.
In case you didn't know your missing the W in "watch" in your youtube address after .com/ so some people might not notice and think you deleted the video.
Ran DDU and done a clean install of the drivers and same thing happens. It seems to be in every game I play also. Performance Overlay breaks Freesync.
Yeah just turn off Enhanced sync, it's obviously a bug.
Tried made no difference.
Nice Driver 17.12.2 fixed this Fast turnaround I like it.
