To answer you question;
Make sure your Windows is fully updated via Windows Update before installing the latest AMD full set of drivers and software.
First download the latest full AMD driver set for your AMD GPU card or APU from here: Download Drivers
Second: Delete C:\AMD Folder from root directory then use Windows to uninstall the AMD driver set with it associated software
Third: Download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) from here: Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V220.127.116.11 Released. - Wagnardsoft Forum . Unzip and it run it in Safe mode. Be sure DDU has displayed AMD to remove. Make sure to disable the Internet to prevent Windows from installing another version of the GPU driver. After rebooting you should see in Device Manager under " Graphic Display" the MS Basic Adapter Display. If you still see an AMD driver use Device Manager to uninstall it until you get the basic adapter. If for some reason you can't uninstall the last AMD driver shown, then just ignore it and continue to install the new AMD driver.
Fourth: After rebooting, Install the latest Full AMD driver set and re enable the Internet. After finishing installing the new AMD driver, go to the Root Directory and again delete C:\AMD Folder. It is not needed anymore if everything is working correctly plus it will recover a large amount of Hard disk storage.
Than go to Device Manager and double check to make sure you have the latest AMD driver installed. Afterwards, configure the new driver the way you want.
