In places saturated with buildings and people, when driving on the road, FPS is only 30-35 and 40-45 in 1440p and 1080p and very unstable frametimes.
This is very strange for the top card.
I read also tech comments RX Vega geometry performance is only 3.75 triangles instead of the declared 17 triangles. Does this affect CPU dependency?
Up until this point, I had the RX480 and I did not experience any problems with dropping the fps on the i7 4770.
Paradoxically, in these games I do not get an increase in performance when switching from RX480 to RX Vega 64.

How can I increase the performance without changing the video card? Do I overclock system memory, processor, or change the whole platform?
