What is the difference between the "P" versions of EPYC processors?

I am looking at the pricing and availability for EPYC processors and see that certain version have a P suffix (ie 7551 vs 7551P).  What are the primary differences?

The "P" versions of the EPYC processors are fused to be only single socket capable, that is they cannot be used in connection with other EPYC processors in 2P capable systems.  Also to clarify all EPYC devices are one socket capable, it is just the "P" versions that are not 2-socket capable.
