Driver prevents pc from going to hybrid sleep.

Question asked by stephen99 on Dec 4, 2017

This is a problem with the driver for ATI Radeon HD 4200

With the driver below, the pc will not go into hybrid sleep. Instead it goes to hibernate. The sleep option is not available on the power menu.

If I roll back to the prior driver below, it will go into hybrid sleep.

The pc is a HP Pavilion p6350z desktop. It came with Windows 7 and was updated to 10 when it became available.

I will be glad to furnish additional information if needed.
