I've seen many others on the internet with this problem and also with the RX 480 as well.  I've been working on this for about a week, and I have made some progress.  With all settings at stock and all latest drivers and software on a completely fresh Windows 10 install it happens almost immediately when starting a game. Sometimes it comes back or flashes on and off. I've seen a ton of other people on the internet posting about this problem with several fixes suggested, but no one seems to have a good answer about why this is happening.

I've been able to improve stability somewhat by changing Power limit to +50% in Wattman.

DVI or HDMI doesn't seem to matter. Freesync on or off doesn't matter.

Should I just return the card while I'm still in the window and just go with team green?
