Help with Ati firepro w5000 driver error (blue screen on precision T7600)

Hi community,

Today was working normally on my computer, opened Firefox (last version Quantum 57.0 ) and suddenly i had a blue screen error.

After restarting the computer and making some research on Internet, how to identify the problem, i get the little software Whocrached to read the Crash dump directory.
