Computer display driver crashing

Hey everyone!

I just built a Coffee Lake build and one issue that I have been facing is device driver crashes. I am getting the error "Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered." I had a RX 580 at first and I had this issue. Then I bought a RX Vega 64 from black Friday and the same error still occurred. I looked around and tried to fix this problem, but nothing seems to work. I did a clean install twice, changed registry settings,  even tested two graphics cards. I notice that this error also comes along when the display driver crashes

" The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

to the user DESKTOP-Q428HGH\Tony SID (S-1-5-21-1701332290-635303988-2203844396-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool."

Not sure if this caused the driver crash issue, but I tried to fix this problem and the same problem still occurred. Nothing I did worked The display would crash while I'm playing games or randomly while watching Netflix.

Any help would be great! Thanks!
