For some reason my bus clock is being displayed at 99.8MHz but shouldn't it be shown as 100MHz? Any idea how to fix or is this completely normal? I am running stock frequency and stock voltages, including leaving on AMD Cool & Quiet and Turbo Boost with the only thing changing to NUMA enabled in the bios and XMP Profile turn on. I have a Gigabyte AORUS X399 board. Thank you.
Ryzen based processors, for whatever reason, cannot sustain a 100mhz base clock, which is unfortunate as they use half the rate and twice the multiplier as previous generations so that fraction of a megahertz equates to a good 10mhz drop. amdmatt has there ever been an official explanation?
