Hdmi Port deactivated when Driver loaded

Hello,
I have a problem with my HDMI port. I have bought a larger (old used) screen and would like to connect him via HDMI. My current display is running on DVI without problems. When I start the PC, I see on the DVI and HDMI display the picture. As soon as Windows starts (load the driver), the HDMI output of my graphics card switches off. I have tried it with different TVs, different HDMI cables. Unfortunately without success. No second screen is detected.
Just plugging in the HDMI port does not work either. I have tried many drivers,(for example: WHQL-Win10-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Crimson-ReLive-17.11.1-Nov10) but also without success. In Windows Safe Mode, both screens will show a signal. If I have not installed a driver, so everything is deleted from AMD, both run. As soon as I install a driver, the HDMI goes off. "Windows key + P in all variants without success .... I even reset my Windows .....

Here are some informations about my system:
Operating system: Windows 10 64 bit
Graphics card: XFX Radeon R9 270x
Motherboard: MSI X99S SLI Plus Bios 1D
Processor: Intel Core I7 5820K 3.3Ghz

Ram: 8gb ddr4

Power Supply: be quiet dark power pro 10 750W

Displays: DVI Dell E198 WFP, New Display (HDMI) : Viewsonic VX 2835 WM, Testing Display via HDMI: Silver Crest LT 3240. All wired directly.

The system is not overclocked.

I hope you can help me!!
