hello, please help me with this: I have an samsung notebook model NP355E4C-A06VE with processor "AMD E1-1200 APU with Radeon (tm) HD graphics 1.4 GHz" and when I bought it, it had windows 8 SO. Now I upgrated it to windows 10 PRO version 1703 but it don't recognize the AMD driver. I tried to reinstall the driver but device administrator always saids that the "drivers were found but a error occurs at installation (error 43) ". I've proved until with AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1 but it's the same thing. I can't configure the brightness.

The driver for your APU is not available via Windows Update, so you need to use that driver.
Without that driver installed, brightness control will not work.
