  • Driver version installed
  •       Radeon Software Crimson Relive Edition 17.11.1
  • Display Devices
    • asus vg248qe, 144hz, 1920x1080, DVI-D cable
  • Motherboard + Bios Revision
    • ASRock H97M Pro4 Micro ATX Motherboard
  • CPU/APU
    • intel  core I-5 4460 CPU @3.20 GHZ
  • Power Supply Unit  Make, Model & Wattage
  • RAM
    • 16 GB

Describe your issue:

  • First few months had no issues, purple lines started appearing on screen
  • It got worse overtime, reduced refresh rate to 120hz from 144hz and the purple lines/tint dissapeared
  • Now im down to 85hz to be able to see no lines on my monitor, 100hz and up and I will see these lines, picture is at 120hz.

Is this a monitor or video card issue? I tried different cables, reinstalling drivers and nothings working, dont have anyone I know thats a gamer so cant really try other video cards/monitors to pinpoint the issue
