Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus artifacts

I have been playing Wolfenstein II for a couple of days now but I can't seem to fix an artifact issue the game seems to have on my system. I've even tried turning Deferred Rendering on and off but the artifacts still appear. They usually appear on surfaces at far distances such as a long corridor or the skybox. This is how it looks like:IMG_20171105_163225.jpg
And this is how it looks like if I move my camera angle slightly down:
The artifacts don't flicker or pop in and out in order to indicate that there might be something wrong with my GPU. Instead, they move with my camera angle, telling me that it might be some effect or texture that isn't loading properly. I don't think it might be from the Vulkan API since I also run Doom on Vulkan and I don't experience any artifacting in it. Any idea which setting might be causing this?

      My system configuration:
      Mobo: Asus Crosshair VI Hero
      CPU: AMD Ryzen R7 1700 @3.9GHz
GPU: AMD Vega 64 Liquid Cooled (17.10.3 display drivers)
