    Unknown event error & log-in...


      I have been getting the "unkown error" message for some time.  I updated to Windows 10 and it stopped for awhile but has returned.  When I go to the control panel and click on AMD raidxpert, it ask for a log-in & password...I don't have these!  How do I fix/control the message error and how do I log-in?
