Hi everyone, I hope to find a solution to my problem here, I have an HP Envy 24-n050na which has an R7 A365 gpu installed. Some time ago my son tried to update the software for me and after installing the auto detect software from the AMD support page it now seems I have an R7 M370 installed, The driver installed is 22.19.662.4. I think the PC is not working at its full potential speed especially when gaming, is it possibly a problem that can be rectified if the gpu is somehow renamed back to an R7 A365?. Or does it not matter and i'm just being over concerned about it?
Many thanks for reading this far and I hope you all have a jolly nice day thanks.
well it isnt a laptop - but i think it uses Laptop Hardware - so we handle your HP like a Laptop https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-24-n000-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series-touch/8499715/model/8902636
pls download the driver ONLY FROM "HP" (HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support)
usually that would help
